Inspiration?

many months ago i was casually watching scp cb videos on YouTube, until i saw one that really caught my attention, it was about scp 860-2 having supposed unused sounds, the guy stated that he found some early 860-2 sounds that were not used in some version of the game, and this year i thought: hey why not make it a mod? and so i did
