So you've played all the mutations and conquered every last one of them? Well get ready to face them all at once as this mutation mixes the very worst of all of them.

Mutations that are on your side:
Gib Fest/Chainsaw Massacre - You start with an M60 and a Chainsaw that both have infinite ammo.
Last Man on Earth - Tier 2 weapons are available if the M60 is not for you. Grab an Autoshotgun or Sniper Rifle to mix things up.
Healing Gnome - Never fear, Gnome Chompski will help heal you when you're down.

Mutations that are on the Infected side:
Bleed Out - You're going to have trouble keeping your health as you start with temporary health.
Nightmare - You'll also have to deal with a thick fog.
Last Gnome on Earth - While he'll heal your wounds, you also got to bring him with you to the safe room.
Healthpackalypse - No medkits, pills, adrenaline or defibs exist so keep close to Gnome Chompski.
Headshot! - Common infected won't die unless you shoot their heads...
Lone Gunman - ... and they also deal extra damage to you.
Hard Eight - Along with common infected, Special infected quantity is also doubled...
Special Infected - ...and they come at you non-stop.
Hunting Party - Thanks to having four hunters at a time, all special infected are equally quadrupled.
Riding My Survivor - Jockeys also have faster running speeds and can latch on to you quicker.
Flu Season - Boomers and Spitters are faster and vomit/spit faster too.
Death's Door - If that wasn't bad enough, if you go down, you are dead...
Iron Man - ...and if everyone dies, GAME OVER!
Room for One - Once rescue comes, it's every man for themselves now that you have to race survivors to be the first one out.
Tank Run - Tanks will spawn like regular special infected.

Can you and your friends survive all mutations combined?

Comes with Co-op, Survival, Versus and Solo modes, each with their own Impossible variants where the helpful mutations are gone.
