Tier 1 Gunman

Description
A Last Man on Earth and Lone Gunman mutation with only Tier 1 weapons, pistols and Melee weapons.

- All Special Infected appear but only two appear at a time like Last Man on Earth.
- Common Infected have a spawn rate of 10 like Lone Gunman.
- No Tier 2 weapons, grenade launchers, chainsaws, M60s or Magnums appear.
- Scout and AWP are available despite being Tier 2 weapons.

All Special Infected are supposed to appear. It's in the description of this mutation.

Fix Tier 1 gunman, tons of special infected spawn at the same time when its supposed to be only common infected and boomers.
