You need All: Maps and Content Packs (13GB)
Click "Subscribe to all", wait until download end, restart game.
Content packs causes visual bugs with smoke/fire/water on all maps including default game maps.
All maps were tested and played (finished) by me in 2025. All works. Highschool of the Zed is buggy often.
