Fisch F-14M Micro Tomcat

The Micro Tomcat is an about half-scale F-14 that serves primarily as an air dominance fighter and interceptor. It was designed to operate from Whack AL's Micro carrier and is compatible with the carriers catapult and landing guide.

RADAR SYSTEMS
- search radar: 12km range, 0.1 vertical FOV, screen for both seats
note: red is for higher targets, yellow is for lower targets.
- tracking radar: 3200m range, 0.05x0.05 FOV, integrated in pilot HUD
- frontal sweep radar: 8km range, 0.1 vertical FOV, 0.1 sweep FOV, screen for backseat
To turn on radar systems, flick the "radar power" breaker in the backseat, then push the "enable radar" button in the pilot seat (frontal panel).

ARMAMENT
- 2x AIM-9 Tinywinder: 800m range, 0.1x0.1 FOV
- 4x AIM-7 Sparrow: 3200m range, 0.05x0.05 FOV (same as the track radar)
- 100 Incendiary MG rounds
- 2x empty hardpoints (tiny AIM-54s are in development, but there is still stuff to be figured out.)
To enable all weapons, activate the "master arm" switch (lower left panel).

STARTUP
- turn on "systems power" (bottom middle panel)
- unfold wings (bottom left panel)
- set throttle to 0.5
- turn on nav lights (right panel)
- turn on "engines power" (bottom middle panel)
- unlock parking brake quickly (bottom left panel)
- launch catapult when on carrier (frontal panel)
- pull up gently as soon as you start moving and take off
- throttle up to atleast 0.75
- retract landing gear (bottom left panel)

LANDING

- use around 0.75 throttle for approach
- get lined up with the carrier
- deploy landing gear & arresting hook (bottom left panel)
- throttle down to 0
- lock the parking brake as soon as you touch down
