Briefing:
The ringleader gave us information about his cache of weapons and men, asking in return for a safe exit during a raid on his apartment.

We know about 7 hostile elements, 2 of which are his personal guards, we also know that they were preparing for the raid of the special services in advance, so get ready for active combat.
In view of this, the ringleader will not run away from the apartment and will accept the role of a victim, but his men will lead active resistance and defense of the ringleader. Get the bastard, and the rest will be handled by the local security forces.
