It literally works perfectly fine for me. I find that sometimes, if you have too many addons installed, some assets won't load for whatever reason..? Like, for me it's usually the tree textures. It could be that. Try minimising the amount of addons and maybe that'll fix it.

Have you checked for conflicting addons? Like only having this mod installed?
