Adds Joel's anti-alien alarm as a siren, craftable with a siren, a mushroom and green paint. Also a rare lootdrop in wrecks, abandoned outposts and the likes.
It's really loud and may attrack monsters, but that's why you have the three protective shields, right ?

No overrides.
