Remove "Never Again"

Description
This mod completely removes the "Never Again" restriction, allowing heroes to return to the Darkest Dungeon with no debuff. This mod should work fine unless you have another mod that tampers with this restriction. In that case, put this mod above that mod in the mod window.

15%/15% sounds pretty reasonable
