OVERVIEW

Juno, the Half-Human Octopus with Kraken’s blood, is easy to pick up but hard to master. Her signature Neutral special “Kraken Powers” is an arrangement of powerful buffs that require careful resource management and decent setup. As without them, Juno will be left high and dry, easy for her to be picked off. At base, Juno seems like a simple brawler character, taking a liking to punching and kicking moves. But on occasion, she’ll end up using her hair that consists of extendable tentacles, or use ink in interesting ways. Combine that with her down special, a move that changes depending on the last used kraken power, and you’ve got a slippery octopus with the potential to deal extremely high burst damage with crazy style.

Juno comes with a challenging CPU AI at level 9 that seriously pushes the limits of this character. If you’ve ever wanted to fight a pint-sized kraken, approach at your own risk.

KRAKEN POWERS
Hold neutral special to pull up a wheel of selectable, stackable buffs, Kraken Powers. Managing when to use these and how many are used at once is key for maximizing damage and survivability. As soon as you start stacking powers, Juno will start to accumulate self damage. But it's okay, as there’s a 6th power which converts all current powers into an attack.

A brief list of each power, its effects, and what down special is changed to are below.
Rise
Gain the ability to float for 7 total seconds. Down special is changed to Anti-Manner Kick, a move that does no damage, but hits enemies caught in the attack to be launched sky high.
Vision
Juno can randomly critical hit, for up to 5 crits. Down special is changed to Double Spinning Edge, a move that hits hard with critical hits, it also has a high chance to crit.
Divide
Hitting an enemy with normals, aerials, and specials causes them to take 2 more hits. Down special is changed to Omnipotent Succession, a charging move that removes Divide power, but adds 2 extra hits to all attacks, including strongs. Additionally, hitting an enemy with side special while divide is active causes the target to be barraged by afterimages.
Armor
Equip ink armor that makes you unflinchable with a 2 seconds startup. This armor tanks 20% total damage, exceeding that damage stuns you for a very long time. Down special is changed to Splashdown. Juno jumps up and charges a huge punch that explodes when it reaches the ground, dealing huge damage in its center. Getting hit while this move is charging makes Juno take 20% extra damage.
Gravity
Passively pull all players to you for 10 seconds. It gets crazy when you’re that close, just don't get hit. Down special is changed to Collapse mine, an invisible mine that briefly buries opponents.
Purge
A Kraken Power that’s only usable when Juno has at least 1 power active. Purge is an attacking move that consumes the current powers equipped to buff the attack. Consumed powers are stackable AND have their own unique buffs, so the more powers that are consumed, the stronger the move is!

So one thing to ask is: Is it intentional that her bubble deals damage to allies in team matches?

Otherwise, she is *f---in FUN* to play (and her AI seems like a real team player too judging from an all CPU game).

Can you do Catnap from Poppy Playtime Chapter 3 please? Sorry for annoying you
i struggled against her with dust sans, a character supposed to be overpowered with insane survivabilty, in fact i even DIED against her
and why can she have multiple at once? INCLUDING THE ARMOUR?
especially on a fast character with weird multi-hit doppelgangers, she has way too many tools at her disposal, she can access em too fast, and they recharge too quickly.if she was in smash people would despise her and shed be nerfed heavily
i shouldn't need a character with a projectile or chip move or anti chase move like peters down air or eggmans up b to counter something that the enemy can just use instantly. make so the damage over time the super armour gives also drains it, because it is straight up UNFAIR
and tone down the AI i shouldn't be struggling against level 5!
fuck the super armour shes already overpowered enough!
