Sniper Rifle With Combine Elite Arms

Description
After a year of laziness, i finally got around to making this.

People are free to use this addon, made for people who want to use it in custom maps without having a metrocop as the protagonist.

Command for creating said weapon:
ent_create weapon_sniperrifle

Thank you for making this. I tried making a similar one. But borrowed Overcharged mod's weapon world model and view model in place for the sniper rifle and alyx gun.
