Toggle All Mods & Profiles [U6 + U7 ✅]

v7.2.0:
- Profiles now use Open and Save File dialog so you can choose which file to save and load instead. Available to Windows only.
- Added "OK & Restart the game" button at the bottom of the Mod panel so you can quickly restart the game.
- When Loading profile or Disable All Mods with exception list and you have duplicate mods (from Steam and local mod folder), only the local mod will be checked and the other mod is disabled.

v7.1.0: you can now access the features right on the Mod dialog. Added Profile support as well.

Quickly select or deselect all mods. Useful for modders.

You can see the options on the Mods panel:
- Enable and Disable All: enable or disable all mods. You can configure a list of exception as well in the mod's setting so when you choose "Disable All", certain mods are kept enabled.
- Save/Load/View Profile: in the mod's folder, you can save or load a "mods.txt" file that keep a list of mod Ids that should be loaded. Click View Profile to open the folder that contains the file. Tip: you can rename that file to keep multiple profiles and rename one to "mods.txt" as the active one to use "Load profile" feature.

Legacy setting: You can access the Mod settings (Main Menu -> Mods -> Settings button next to this mod), check Enable All or Disable all. You need to restart the game and all mods should be enabled or disabled. You do not need to uncheck the setting as it's automatically unchecked.

There is also an option to keep certain mod IDs enabled when you check Disable All.
