Seeking Missile II

Update to the first seeking missile. In this revision, the fuel system was fixed, so now infinite fuel does not need to be enabled to allow for proper function, and a new targeting system has been implemented as a prototype.

The targeting system attempts to predict where the target will be by the time the missile would reach its current position, and aim there instead, however, results are frequently bizarre and often destroy reality. This targeting system therefore requires that it be enabled with the 'P' key before launch, allowing for the original targeting to still be used if the predictive system is not enabled.
