Rickroll your friends at 30FPS in Stormworks!

To run just subscribe and activate the addon. It will spawn outside the creative base for your convenience.
Press the button under the monitor and watch!

Notes:
No sound
This video player uses live decompression which means it could be laggy on low-end PC's!
Not really HD, of course, the resolution of each frame is only 96x72 pixels. However it is more detailed than my previous attempts at video.
May play faster than expected if your tps is more than 62.
