Protogen! Marley Race Mod CE patch

a very simple patch to make the weapon and such work for the protogen race.
the stats for everything CE related are the same as from the "anthro race patch" which is built into CE.
i have only tested 1.5 and 1.6 so, cant guarantee lower versions work.

oh yea i just made this mod for myself as i couldnt find anyone else who made it.

update:all bugs fixed, probably.

update2: tested it quickly with the new dlc and the 1.6 CE version and it seems to be working fine.
since the original mod has its starting conditions broken due to it not being 1.6 compatible yet, i just used the mod "character editor" to set them to spawn in at the starting colonist customization panel (the last screen befor spawning in).
