Oscar II Class (P-800 Triple Launcher)

Adds our beloved Oscar 2 with Triple launchers of P-800 Oniks supersonic cruise missles for a total of 72. Also includes Shkval torpedos and Veter SS-N-16Cs. Modified dampening to noise since this class was noted to be as quiet as Delta IVs which in the 1980s-2000s were the quietest nuclear submarines Russia operated. They also have a new towed array and new screws borrowing off the LA class in game.
