[Deprecated] Outpost Overhaul: Golek Maple32 Fix

[As of Febuary 3rd update to Maple32 this fix is no longer required]

Golek has finally found the way out of the mines.

Maple32 adds a kitchen and a named NPC, called Golek, to the vanilla Outpost with an explicit check not to do so if the Overhaul is installed. But due to a typo in one of the .patch files Golek spawns in anyway. Fortunately not immediately falling off the asteroid upon spawn, but stuck in the mines (relatively) deep underground nonetheless, giving the stargazing dialog rather ironic connotations in the process.

This mod just pulls Golek's spawn up from the mines and to the right of the Beakeasy, as well as disables the "nickcantcook" graffiti spawn which is located in the same .patch file, since there's no real place for it to go this instance anyways.

I see in the discription saying how it is unnecessary for the fix, and yet this got updated in Feb 22. Did something happen?

Well that's awkward, glad to have you all here I suppose.

On why not spawn it in Overhaul my guess was it's because of the narrative issue, dialog mentions "the Ark being the other way" midway through, and there is no Ark in the Overhaul so.
Would be cool if we got the kitchen though.
