Important
Even if the description says Melee Damage + 20%, the real value is +10% because I didn't change the description but only the values.

Removed these penalties:

Morale, Melee Defence, Melee Attack: -10 and Melee Damage: -10% when fighting on grassland or open fields

Balanced these bonuses:

From -> Morale, Melee Defence, Melee Attack: +20 and Melee Damage: +20% when fighting in a forest/river battle

To-> Morale, Melee Defence, Melee Attack: +10 and Melee Damage: +10% when fighting in a forest/river battle

Barbarians lack variety though, copy and paste of each other - Vandals, Visigoth, Ostrogoth, Suebi, etc.

Thank you Amaranthen! I agree on the Celts, they need something, but the Barbarians have probably the most complete rosters in the entire game. Honestly, I don't know how to improve them. If you have an idea, tell me.
