Adds extra base player carry weight

I just rewrote it in B42 format to make the mod run on B42, without doing anything else. The copyright belongs to the original author

add sanbox optio BaseWeight Min=12(vanilla) default =15 (+3) Max =50(+38)

@Patrick® This is a limitation of the game itself, which you can remove through another mod. hope you have a pleasant time playing.

Thank you for the mod, as i can tell im limited overall to 50 weight even if in games says i can carry 300+

My character has now 49,xx items in weight and i cant pick up anything else
