take over city 17! there's cats in vending machines, on ration packages, and even dotted around the area!

i didn't make any of the models seen, only the textures. credit where it's due to Vertlex for making the citizens!

bugs
alyx has no animations lol, i don't know how to make models!! also the rebels are the same

just a warning to folks, this mod softlocks the "Entanglement" section of Nova Prospekt due to alyx not having her animations and not being able to jump down to the player.
