Pre Apocalyptic Parish

Description
Before the outbreak of Parish. Escape the ghost town in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Ported from The Parish.
This campaign is different from the regular version of Parish.

Dead corpses, police barricades (except for two chapters), debris, blood and more are almost all removed, especially saferoom graffities.

Added parking & garage areas and a restored bus port!

Not compatible with gamemodes like Versus, Scavenge & Survival since they are removed. Since I wanted this to be only a showcase, it's only Co-Op.

Thank you guys so much for all the support! I'm glad you all love this project! Started working on this since January 4th, 2025

I wanted this campaign to look exactly before the infection, so I got rid of some of the barricaded housings in one of the chapters where you could enter in and explore. I still plan on adding more enterable locations and enlarging the map where you could adventure in.

I do want to add that this is also inspired by The Dark Parish - Remastered!

Hey I tested this campaign again and I don't see any problems of it right now from you have said. Possibly addons!

Everything except buildings and terrain is invisible for me... ive never seen this before, it might be other addons im using but idk

I know its pre apocalyptic but the lack of fighter jets and military atmosphere really bothers meT-T

This is Fox News reporting on a group of four individuals who attacked the city of New Orleans yesterday afternoon. According to reports, several people were injured and around a hundred were killed, including civilians, law enforcement officers, and CEDA personnel. The shooters were reportedly ambushed by the New Orleans Police SWAT team near the bridge leading out of the city. None of the attackers survived the massive shooting. The FBI is still working to clarify the events of the massacre in the city. This could be connected to four individuals who terrorized the state of Pennsylvania several days ago.


This is how I imagine this map if Left 4 Dead were the product of severe schizophrenia on the part of the protagonists.

@Femboyinator There is a hidden easteregg that I did place that is not noticeable, but on the first chapter if you go into that garage in that alleyway, an area will be activated which will teleport to you to an unknown location. Once you did that, go back to the dinner area and where the truck is and you should see a black portal.

I'm assuming its other mods that I'm using but I don't think I've ever experienced something like this before. I'm unsure what exactly is causing this but whenever I start up this map, Everything is invisible but the buildings and the ground. survivors, infected, first person view of arms holding anything, even the table on the dock and the dock railings, the fences I'm assuming are suppose to be there, walls that are suppose to be there, and so much more, All of it is invisible! lol again, I've never experienced this before on Any custom map and I'm guessing its something I'm using but for practically everything to become invisible I really can't say or begin to understand why. such a shame, was really hoping to try this map out but even old maps from 2014 don't do this so I guess I'm just avoiding this one outlier completely :steamsad:

Does anyone know or can give me a hint to the Easter eggs on the maps because i been trying to locate them for a while can i found where i exit but not enter.
