Atlanta City Hall
This neo-gothic/art deco tower has served as Atlanta’s City Hall since 1930, with an annex completed sixty years later. It's architect G. Lloyd Preacher’s Atlanta masterpiece receiving the commission for city hall after the 1926 passage of a million dollar bond issue to finance its construction. In 1986 an additional annex was constructed to the South. Despite the addition, Preacher’s City Hall remains the grand old dame of Atlanta’s Art Deco era, a Gothic-Deco skyscraper unique in the city’s architectural history.
The Tower
Preacher’s Art Deco tower thrusts up from a broad base, and the setbacks begin to triangulate the upper profile. Preacher designed a highly decorated base and crown, with stacked offices between, framed by primary, secondary, and tertiary vertical shafts rising to canopied arches at the set-back level atop the main tower block.
The Annex
In 1986, Muldawer and Moultrie Architects restored City Hall and collaborated with Jova/Daniels/Busby and Harris and Partners in designing the City Hall Annex, joining the tower to the south. Organised around a multistorey atrium, the annex became the primary venue for citizen interaction with government, housing the city’s water bureau, building inspection and permits offices, the city planning office, Urban Design Commission, and city council. The majority of walk-in customer service desks are located in the Annex.
Connector
The Tower and the Annex are connected via a simple two storey structure which spans between the buildings.

Commissioned by Zee Builds.

This pack does not come as a single asset to allow each element to be placed separately if desired. If you want to recreate the City Hall as a complete structure see the layout image provided above.

The Tower and The Annex require a roadside connection but don't initially have to be placed roadside. The connector doesn't require anything. It's effectively a building that behaves like a prop.

I've tried to make this asset pack as realistic as possible and therefore the geometry tri count is high and the textures large. All of the texture elements have been created specifically for this asset in order for full control over the final look.

Please try this asset out and if there are any problems let me know in the comments below.
