Description
Decided to build a sub designed for two people one day. I dare say I succeeded.
Also, I suck ass at making it look pretty I tried like 8 times and it was ass. If someone gives it a make over, message me or something and I'll update it with your kickass design.

SUB DETAILS:
- Costs 4000 marks, crazy ♥♥♥ cheap.
- Tier 3 Scout vessel, because I like using the same sub through the entire game.
- 3 Small hardpoints, two of which share a loader.
- Discharge coil. Im not cruel.
- No depth charge launcher. Maybe Im a little cruel.

AUTOMATED FEATURES:
- Automated battery: recharges at stations, and absorbs over voltage. Base recharge rate can be configured via terminal.
- 7-Component Reactor controller, base reactor output is 2800 kW, terminal allows you to update the max output as you upgrade the sub.

STRENGTHS:
- The flea is fast, allowing you to absolutely book it forwards and backwards.
- The flea is small, meaning you can sometimes squeeze into a cave for covering fire.
- Almost 100% firing angle coverage, with only the ballast hull not being fully covered, and a blind spot right in front of the airlock.
- Full suite of utlities: Medical fab, normal fab, deconstructor, and research bench, albeit they cost more power than normal to run.
- Has a double-hull on its dorsal and ventral sides, so you dont sink into the abyss instantly when chomped or shot.


WEAKNESSES:
- Do you like mudraptors breaking into the sub? Love the stress of having to go mono e mono with a deep-sea predator? Well good news, that glass in the command room is mighty fragile. The double hulls funnel the AI to attack the weakest points: the airlock on the windshield.
- The coilguns are not only linked to a single loader, they are also second hand! The hardpoint stats have been nerfed juuuust enough to make swarms of creatures a major threat, but doesnt impact single target effectiveness.
- The electical systems really hate overvoltage. They take damage quicker than normal.
- The reactor is TINY, a measly 2800 kW, so the engine can easily redline it. Reactor fires are easy to cause, and are fairly common!
- The flea has just enough inventory to not be CBT, but almost no extra room for excess loot. Basement slaves rejoice!
- Any amount of water sends you plummeting to the depths. Dont worry, pumps are buffed slightly so you drain fast once repped.

In-Game Description:
This prototype submarine was requested by reconnaissance teams for hit and run missions, designed to quickly find and scan wrecks or abandoned stations located within hostile sectors. The Flea was outfitted with dual coilguns to ward off the local fauna, and a double-hulled dorsal and ventral structures to allow it survive enemy fire. Ultimately, limitations in its electrical systems led to the vessel being prone to fires and reactor meltdowns, leading to the retirement of the program.
