{PM0v3} 1940-1943 NKVD Playermodels

This pack is quite a big one, I've finally gone and made the three main directorates or branches of the NKVD; Border Guards, Internal Troops, and State Security. Theres a bit of iffy stuff here and there, I'd say I'm more confident in the Internal Troops and Border Guards than the GUGB. But I worked with what I could find, Theres probably tons of info locked away in some books but I'm not gunna say my stuff is without any faults, I've had to make some creative liberties for both saving time and saving my sanity.
One of the big ones that has me 50/50 is the Border and Internal Troops Generals; From my research they did infact exist, but whether or not they had their own elements to them that define their branch, or if they wore regular RKKA General uniforms is kind of up in the air. I couldn't find anything that suggested against it, and some articles of clothing like hats existed for both Border guards and Internal troops for generals. So its not out of the realm of possibility.
As for State Security, I think they are mostly good, Only thing would be maybe the over use of M35's instead of M37's. But I did not want to have to rework any uniforms any further than what I had to, perhaps in the future both the RKKA and NKVD can get M37's at some other time. For now I think this lays down a solid groundwork for further expansion.
