Skipper TPP Enable

Description
Enables stage view / third person perspective (TPP) while using a station. Primarily useful for Skipper Mode vanity shots (as per the screenshot). Doesn't work on some stations, confirmed to work for the UZO and periscopes. Press F1 to enable.

Savegame compatible.
