Improved Tacklebox

Description
Allow fishing rods, portable scales, fish food, and silk to be stored in the Tackle Box and Spectackler Box (because nobody actually uses 15 different floats/lures anyway.)

Added grass. I don't know what you're doing with it, but it makes sense to me that it could be stuffed in a tacklebox, so godspeed.
