Tiny doesn't know the team Kafka played for, but that never prevented him from putting those smart words into practice. He may not the sharpest tool in the shed, but people have got to eat - and when it comes to that, Esteban is the man. He can turn the most unlikely ingredients into wonder dishes. A good chef never reveals too much about his craft, but Esteban's secrets are simple: he handpicks anything he puts in his pot, grows most of the crops and never ceases bickering Holt about using the shovel instead of the rake.
Dr.Burke's personal notes:
"I cleared Esteban for gene therapy today. I am a tad worried about his heavyset, but he has been with us for so long and that's the best I can offer him under the employer-employee privilege. Fingers crossed, 'cause I long for his Lamb Vindaloo one of this days."
