Nude Armor Gene

Description
1.6 Ready

A simple mod that adds 2 new genes which gives bonuses to pawns who has it, while nude.


Nude Armor:

Complexity +2
Metabolic Efficiency -1

Incoming Damage Multiplier -50%

Gene Conflicts with: Robust, Delicate


Nude Agility:

Complexity +1
Metabolic -2

+15 Melee Dodge Chance



The gene icon texture uses a base game texture as a base for the icon.

Disclaimer: i am not a graphic designer so be prepared for some Janky Textures

Incompatibility's:

None as far as i know.


I made this mod just because i felt like it one night. Also this took me 1 hour to create

I wasn't expecting an actual change, I was just curious. I am excited to try out the update when it comes out though!

I imagine that limitation was set because i was initially unable to get it working so i used a offset instead of a factor. But after some testing i have gotten the code to use a factor instead.

I will be pushing a minor update out soon

Is there a reason you have it as -50% instead of *50% like most damage gene mods? Transparency time: I mostly ask this because it caused me to not even use the gene since there were other, less-thematic genes that could be stacked. It's not a design flaw or anything, but it limits how overpowered I could make my genetically engineered nudist lol

@Szczygiel the entire point of this mod is to implement a gene which that could be used within a nudist colony or on a specific xenotype that could be designated as a "Nude Warrior". Which kinda gives me an idea for a minor update that i could do which adds a second gene that gives additional melee doge chance to nude pawns.

Also i know what you mean by the "Forbidden mod"

Instead of this you could have just disable beating or change damage to gentle in frobidden mod ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
