An improved version of the Junkers Ju 87 G-2 Stuka Kanonenvogel ("cannon bird") tank buster, taking advantage of the new features of version 1.7 of the game.
It is armed with two 37 mm Bordkanone 3,7 cannons in pods underthe wings, capable of firing either HE shells or Armour Piercing Composite Rigid (APCR, Tungsten-cored) ammunition, and one 7.92 mm (0.31 in) MG 15 machine gun facing the rear.
Each cannon only carried 12 rounds, but I made the ammo limitless since it's a hassle to respawn after every 12 rounds. I also didn't add an ammo switch so each gun fires an AP and an HE round simultaneously.
Since the guns in the game are so large the gun pods are the correct length and general shape but about twice the diameter so the guns will fit.

With the G variant, the ageing airframe of the Ju 87 found new life as an anti-tank aircraft.

This was the final operational version of the Stuka, and was deployed on the Eastern Front. The reverse in German military fortunes after 1943 and the appearance of huge numbers of well-armoured Soviet tanks caused Junkers to adapt the existing design to combat this new threat. The Henschel Hs 129 had proved a potent ground attack weapon, but its large fuel tanks made it vulnerable to enemy fire, prompting the necessity to find a replacement for it in the shortest possible time.

With Soviet tanks the priority targets, the development of a further variant as a successor to the Ju 87D began in November 1942. It was decided to keep the design as it was, but the power-plant was upgraded to a Junkers Jumo 211J, and two 37 mm Bordkanone 3,7 cannons were added, capable of firing either HE shells or Armour Piercing Composite Rigid (APCR, Tungsten-cored) ammunition. Furthermore, the armoured protection of the Ilyushin Il-2 Sturmovik was copied to protect the crew from ground fire now that the Ju 87 would be required to conduct low level attacks.

Germany built an estimated 6,000 Ju 87s of all versions between 1936 and August 1944.

CONTROLS
Pilot's seat - Alt controls
W/S: Variable Throttle.
A/D: Ground steering/Yaw.
Up/Down Arrows / Mouse: Pitch.
Left/Right Arrows / Mouse: Roll. In reality only the outer most flaps were used as ailerons (the rest were used as flaps) but since rolling force is notoriously lacking in the game I use all of them as ailerons.
B / Beacon: Take-off assist. This plane suffers from that old game "feature" that it can NOT drive straight on the ground at all and the rudder does nothing at speeds under 120 kph, so I added thrusters that are operated with the steering to aid with keeping the plane straight while moving on the ground. Turn off as soon as you lift off.
L / Headlights: Landing Light.
Fire Action 1 / Num 1: 37 mm guns. NOTE! The recoil is significant and since the guns are placed so low under the wings it makes the nose dip down, so be ready to counter this by pitching up when firing!

Rear Gunner's/Radio Operator's seat
X / Disable Steering: Turn seat to switch between machine gun and radio.
Alt + Arrow keys or Mouse: Aim machine gun.
Fire action 1 / Num 1: Fire machine gun.
