Description
Adds the Baghdad of Siberia, Mangazeya, to the game, under the intrepid and loyal governor Davyd Zherebtsov.

Mangazeya (Davyd Zherebtsov)
UA: The Gold-Boiling City: Completing a trade route spreads local Luxuries on Snow, Tundra or River tiles to an adjacent one. Every 10 Gold produced by a city increases the movement units trained there have on their first turn by 1.

UU: Sibirskikh Streltsy: Replaces the Musketman. Increased Flank Attack bonus (+50%). Gains stackable increased movement and ignores rough terrain when starting it's turn adjacent to ice or on a river tile.

UI: Zimovye: Unlocked at Mathematics. Yields +1 Food, and +1 Gold if on a river. No two adjacent. Yields an additional +1 Food after Chemistry. Your units on adjacent tiles heal an extra 5HP per turn when healing. May be built outside your territory, and new cities founded on top of a Zimovye start with a free Granary and Walls.

Great mod. The extra movement made it possible to purchase all units as mercenaries. I could purchase several units in each city. E.g. 6 battleships, one carrier and five planes and send them into action the same turn. And with river crossings taking 2-4 movement land units are pretty mobile the first turn as well when they start with 32 movement:steamhappy:
I will for sure try some more of this mod.

Hi! Great mod, just wanted to point out that it should be Sibirskiye Streltsy, not Sibirskikh Streltsy. Sibirskikh is genitive case, but here you need nominative case.
