Eye Glow Tool

Description
About
This is a tool that allows you to add glow to your eyes.
You can toggle the realtime setting to see the changes before you apply them.
You can also toggle the dynamic light which creates the light around you, the glow sprite will be there regardless of this setting.

I can just imagining chilling in the dark room, only to just see a Yellow X appear put of the darkness just across the room. It scares me and that's okay.
