This mod aims to make Liberty stronger and more competitive with Tradition without making it overpowered.

LIST OF CHANGES

Republic: added +1 gold per city, increased production bonus from 5% to 10%.

Citizenship: added +1 food per city.

Representation: increased policies discount from -33% to -50%.

Meritocracy: increased unhappiness discount from -5% to -10%.

Finisher: added +1 population in each new city you found and 50% faster construction of granaries, water mills, and markets.
