Administrative Primogeniture

Description
Administrative government has been a great addition to the game, however in my opinion it suffers a bit from being too Byzantine-Specific, especially "acclamation succession", since it doesn't fit western early-modern monarchies, that could be also described as emerging administrative governments.
That's why I've decided to make primogeniture available for administrative government, under some conditions though.

Newly reformed Administrative Realms will adopt primogeniture instead of Acclamation Succession, with some exceptions; cultures with "Roman Ceremonies" (Greek at the start) and "Enlightened Magnates" (Persian at the start) cultural traditions, as well as Clan realms (I think it fits better into Ottoman-style ruling system), will still adapt an Acclamation by default; however there still is an option to switch between Acclamation and Primogeniture by decisions, bearing in mind that they are rather costly (5 000 and 10 000 prestige, respectively)

I know that there has been a similar mod already on the workshop (and thanks for that!), but I wanted to make more flexible one, that is also more lightweight (it only overwrites necessary code entries, and not the whole files).

So when will the next update be?

It should only work for the top liege

Does this work for vassals?

Just checked it with debug mode (my own save and new one only to test this) and it seems to work since Primogeniture stays

Just make sure that the mod is updated, so unsub, wait for a bit, and than resub so it reinstalls

I made an update that should hopefully fix that, could you check if it works on your end?

This mod suffers from the same issue. It seems that 1.15.2 added something that prevents from using primogeniture without innovation

Ok, i started new campaign and it seems that the game will change your succession to acclamation few seconds after becomin administrative if you do not have access to primonigeture law as i got message that i am no longer suited for it

Hmm, I will take a look into it later, I might have missed something connected to the latest vanilla changes.
