Description
Custom Drive-train Interface for TCP
This was designed to be used with electric motors powering train axles but has successfully been tested using steam and diesel engines powering the axles as well.
This interface was developed for Topa Focar and now made more universal.

Features
- Adjustable acceleration - Over-speed protection - Variable traction control - ABS - Different braking controls. - Adjustable Braking intensity using motors - Parking brake - Adjustable setting to allow it to work on different configurations. - TCP remote engine start - Controllable from other TCP creations - TCP emergency

Similarities to TCP drive-train interface
- Remain compatible with TCP drive-train module - The UI channels, Node and MC size are the same for ease of use and similarity - Remote engine activation - Request, pending and is emergency logic

Testing / Comparison
In testing using various published TCP creation from the collection this custom interface yielded a 4 - 66 % increase in top speed with the brick. It was also noted when pulling the brick at top speed the custom interface held a constant speed while the tcp interface couldn't hold a constant speed usually fluctuating 3-4 kmh due to slip. The custom interface also achieves the target speed more linearly. ie, when close to target speed it reaches it much smoother.
