The HHK TCP 1.3 Electric Shunter No.84 is the logically better brother to No. 23, being not so barebones and assembled correctly rather than being put together from bits and pieces from the flatcars. There's still demand for shunters, so they put together a frame, and stuck electronics, controls, and batteries onto it. He shares the same control panel as No. 23 but it's wider for generator controls. So obviously it runs on TCP 1.3.

It has TCP 1.3 compatibility, and an actual cab. There's generator controls and the power box was widened for more power management options. There now is no low-floor to worry about and there still is two wheels welded to the chassis, pushed along by two medium motors. Very easy to get used to.

Operations

It should not be that hard. It's does not have much features on it.

Staring the locomotive :
- Go to the control board and request master
- Wait for the indicator to turn green
- Lock Master through the flip switch

Accessing the Electric Control Panel :
- Turn the 'Power Management Box' key
- Wait for the door to open
Inside the Power Management Box, you can :
- Recharge the batteries
- Manage Power with the electric breakers

Releasing the Brakes [manually] :
- Find the 'Manual Brakes Release' key
- Turn the key
