这是575计划建造的最大战舰，历经6年进行建造与海试后命名为共和国交付于边境舰队作为旗舰，在服役20年后开往新07太空港执行舰队型跃迁引擎的搭载与现代化改造。
经历现代化改造后的共和国级战列舰拥有4座4联装431mm大口径主炮，18座小口径副炮，24座中口径防空炮，21座小口径防空炮，10座太空鱼雷发射器，以及一台实验型”破釜”离子放射器。
