Paths of Grass

Description
Someone asked me on another map if I would make a grass path map instead of roads. After finishing the one I was working on, Clear Cut, I copied the height map of it to a new map and made this one.
Not having to deal with roads makes maps easy to make. Scavenger maps are the easiest to make for this reason.

I have enjoyed testing this map, it has a challenging aspect to it, the stream crossings. Of the eight stream crossings at least three cause damage while in the middle, so keep moving through it. I also lost two eight point loads from the flexing between stream banks.

The grass paths you follow have white pebbles in them to help you navigate them. There is slight mud everywhere with thick mud at the stream crossings.
The water speed is 70%, could be worse (100%), but it will still push you downstream some. Fun being in a stream deep enough to cause damage, being slowed down by mud, running over tree limbs, being pushed downstream, and trying to climb a steep muddy bank to get out.

Enjoy!

You're welcome bass2
I enjoy making the maps to hopefully provide the players with something they enjoy playing.
I have made several maps in the past that were by request from players. The hardest part of making maps is running out of ideas (trying to think of something now...), so if someone has an idea for a map I haven't done I enjoy incorporating their ideas into a map.
I enjoyed playing the map myself; open grass paths through the forest with the challenges of the water crossings to make it interesting.
Enjoy your new favorite Paths of Grass map bass2 :steamhappy:
