B42 Sledgehammers in Tool Stores

Description
Sledgehammers spawn at a customizable rate in tool stores, warehouses, fire stations and police stations. The default rate is set quite high, but you can set it back to the vanilla value of 0.01 if you'd like, or as high as 20.0

This mod was made by request of Steam user Tempest. :)

Oh wow. I can't believe I did not come across this. Was just randomly looking through mods and decided to look through the collections you had (already using a few of the mods you made).

This would make base building so much better and accessible now. Thanks so much for this!

What do you think about adding crowbars too? I'm thinking about fire departments and police departments would have them to get people out of cars and stuff, and they're pretty common items in hardware stores? Do you think adding them to this mod is a good idea?

And there we go. You now have sandbox options for fire stations and police stations as well. The default rate is set at 1.0 which is still 10-100 times higher than the vanilla value, but do with it as you please. :)
