Half-Life Scientist voice

Reuploaded due to a strange bug with the previous workshopID.

STAHP! Now you can play as a cowardly scientist from Half-Life 1. Featuring such iconic voicelines as, "AAH! AH AH AH AH AH AH!", "Euuueugh!", and "pl_fallpain3.wav"

I kinda threw this together just to get it out there, some of the voicelines could be tweaked (e.g. the bandage lines which get cut off), but most stuff seems to work alright. Sadly, I set a bunch of great idle lines ("are you seriously suggesting that all of these beings are here to DINE on us?") to play when your character is sad/bored, but they don't seem to play in game.

I might add a Barney player voice at some point as well.
