Makes the new Elector Count Troops added by the Old World somewhat balanced relative to SFO ROR units.

Almost certainly not, unless somehow balencing the stats of the old world elector count troops fixes that

does this also fix the guffin of mac gray being a weapon instead of a talisman?

Thanks! Noticed they were quite useless so trying this now. Did you add other aura effects and stuff or just simply updated baseline stats?

Buff quite a bit, stats are generally speaking higher across the board in SFO
