Water Flow Indicator Arrows

Description
the mod applies an overlay to water that shows arrows which indicate the directional flow

i created this in 5 seconds as an alternative to Poss's mod of a similar nature, check it out here:

I love this mod, it has become a permanent resident on my mods list. The water movement looks great (shout out to Poss) but I love the subtle arrows indicating direction flow!

Is this compatible with Poss's mod? :Khappy:

Gotcha, thanks for clearing that up

@Axebeard there are no conventional flows on the ocean in dwarf fortress, ocean waves are their own thing that we still don't have access to graphically. You will notice that in the original mod by Poss, they share similar disclaimers. As for your missing files, they are there and you've overlooked them within your "environment" folder.

I very much agree that the lack of graphics for ocean waves is sad!

I'm on an ocean and I'm not seeing any flow. I also don't see "flows1" 2 or 3 in my vanilla graphics files.

@Micromanner i did this by changing "flows.png" in /vanilla_environment/graphics/images

to quote Poss: "This whole animation set was already playing in game, and it was playing just as many images in just as many frames. Its just that the images all used to be identical."

instead of every frame of animation being identical, this mod simply makes them look like arrows, nothing more! :D

how did you do this?
