Description
Adds missing region statistics, such as templates to use for filling in background and/or foreground blocks, liquid types to use for filling caves and/or oceans, and arrays of possible sub-regions to generate within these regions, in an effort to improve cross-mod compatability.

Note that subregions may have been coded to be dependent on any of their parent regions' stats, so I've left the subregions untouched for this mod, and I'd also recommend that other modders do the same, unless you REALLY know what you're doing with said subregions (such as if you'd want to make them into major regions instead for example).

Note: This mod does nothing on its own, except for providing a framework for other mods to build off of in a way that would allow them to be more compatable with other such mods. As such, it was given a very high negative priority of -9990, so that it'd hopefully be one of the very 1st mods to be loaded, with higher negative numbers reserved for bug-fixing mods. (For reference, Starbound's base-game assets have a priority of -9999, so that they could ideally be loaded before all others.)

Cool, there's still some things I have to iron out in it, but other than that it'll be pretty much good to go relatively soon. I'll list the differences in the description when it comes out to save you time digging through my jsons and also let people know what comes in the package.

I appreciate that others have been making fixes of my mods in my absence. In fact, I may want to review these fixes myself, see if I agree with them, and if so, then adopt them for myself, and if not, work on my own fixes.

However, I'm currently working on a different project right now, so it may be a while before I get around to those fixes. (Here's a hint: My current projects are story and campaign related. In fact, I've already posted a part of my current projects recently.)

Holy shit you're back, I've just started poking at your legacy dungeon mods like 2 days ago to fix a few things. Hope you don't mind that, if you're planning on updating them again maybe we can work something out.
