Buff and debuff effect reduced almost half;
Add move forward 3 effect;
Removed one use per battle limit, but add CD for one round;

很完美的修改，修改的复仇保留了原版麻风的特色（高伤低精准），而且能处理麻风被诟病的地方。
修改后的复仇使麻风不再怕乱位，而且一回合能同时放复仇+抵挡，或者复仇+单砍，强度略高于原版强盗。这下麻风不得不带复仇了。
