M16A2 Reanimation Fixed

Description
One of the best reanimation mods for the M16 was using pre-TLS model and Scar's reloading and handling sounds, so I've decided to fix it. Additionaly, I've added TLS skin support.

Just so y'all know, this mod has support for Legacy Particles Support (muzzle effects) and will show a different muzzle effect if it's installed. Not installing it won't break anything and I think I actually prefer the vanilla effect for consistency's sake, but it'll show some errors on your console
