Attempt to recreate the map from Pirates, Vikings and Knights 1 called pvk_piratesnight to PVKII.

Map features:

- Pirates lair on water
- Bar
- Planks with physics
- Waterfall
- Respawnable explosive barrels
- item_food_small (maybe the first map, which uses this entity)
- 3D skybox
- Very cold water

Bugs:

- White glowing spheres spawning in skybox (I think the item_food_small causes this. I don't know how to fix this)
- Bad navigation for bots (I tried to fix it but bots are now standing in one place and keep going straight into the water)
