that happens when you make a vmt of a texture
just copy one vmt from a mod with vtfedit or prob the model i am not sure

I think I messed something up cause model is not even appearing in-game, I'll try to make it from zero later

have you tried doing a body group like

$bodygroup "the model replace you want"
