Neon weapons replacement - Alternate colors

Description
This mod replaces the design of the DLC neon guns to have a different color scheme inspired by some of their variations that exist in real life.

Mod is clientside!! So you can play online with it, thanks Psyche for their guide.

Yeah as the other 2 before me said, I too wouldn't mind if you did something similar with the Golden Guns (any maybe the Camouflaged Guns too)
