The original model Arbiter was from TwistedFlog in Nexusmods, here’s the website

Actually they're mods of Halo 2&3, I unpacked them and brought to Gmod. And I made some improvements of the previous Thicc Elite, it will switch armors without Easy Bonemerge Tool, and some changes of armor have been made as well.

其实这是光晕2和3的mod，我把它们解包放到了Gmod里，而且我把之前的光晕精英（大雷版）的模型做了一些改进，现在不用Easy Bonemerge Tool就可以切换盔甲了，而且我在盔甲上也做了一些改动
