Thank you so much! I was completely oblivious to this massive issue. It's honestly very emberassing that I didn't notice it earlier and left it in such a state for that long.

Seems to be notably better. Medium still has two parts (near start and near end) that have some monsters on special (star) beats that don't seem to fit, but is generally pretty good. Hard I'm just having skill issues but the timing seems to be rectified.

I made aother change to the Level. I hope this could fix the off beat issue.
Please let me know if the issue is still there. I'm still trying to figure out how to create a good beat map

Just about everything marked as on beat is notably off beat in both versions of the chart.

I changed a few things on the maps. I hope it could fix the problem. I use wireless headphones, this might be why some enemies might be slightly off beat
