Allied Webway Travel

Description
Playing Co-op with friends, and tired of marching your units all the way across the map? Look no further!

With a new Teir-7 research, all non-Aeldari and non-Drukhari faction units may use allied Webway Gateways to traverse instantly across the map.

Note that this does not allow you to capture/create webway gates. Instead, you must use the gates captured by your Aeldari or Drukhari allies.

@LegalEagality - please go ahead and make any changes you like and upload; I don't mind. All the files are available in Github.

The reason I put it so late in the tech tree is because that's usually when armies are walking all the way across the map, but you are welcome to move it earlier.

Would you be able to create a variant of this that moves the research to tier 3? Happy to also set this up myself and re-upload with your permission?
